As a yoga instructor or body worker I will take you into the uncomfortable parts of your body, help you to embrace your discomfort, breath in it, and heal through it. Either way, the only true healing path that one can take is finding the parts of your body (or mind) that are not moving or opening, and healing or growing through that conscious or unconscious part of self.
It is the work
These changes that occur are so subtle and yet profound that I feel truly blessed to witness this work work through me and its magic into other peoples lives.
I know that when someone walks through my door they are here for reasons that are beyond the physical ailments and symptoms that brought them through that door. They are here to find a greater sense of alignment, balance, and ease with their environment, family, and their God. And it has nothing to do with me; it IS the work.

Massage Therapy
There are various types of massage, but I do a Swedish therapeutic style based on my understanding of structure and the Rolf method. I joke frequently about how my massage is very similar to ironing. I simply and systematically try to go through the body and "iron" the wrinkles out by bringing the major structures into alignment. Read more . . .
